Reservation Dates
Our group room block is held for April 22-29, 2026 but you can come later or leave earlier, if needed. Select your dates on the reservation form below. The room categories listed below are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Trip Deposit & Payment Schedule
A payment of $200 of your total reservation is all that is due to secure your stay in the room block.

January 2, 2026 is the deadline to book your room and pay for your reservation in full. There will be no guaranteed availability for rooms after that date.
The balance non-refundable payment will be due January 2, 2026. Any rooms not paid in full on January 3, 2026 will be released and no refund will be given for any prior monies paid. Any reservations requested after this date can be added, if rooms are available. Reservations submitted after this date are due in full.

Payments towards your balance can be made monthly if you request in advance. If you do, Have Ring, Will Travel will send out an invoice each month after you have approved and deposited for your package, where you can optionally apply a payment free of interest.

Since the resort is not located in the United States, the hotel is not required to comply with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.  The public areas and restaurants at the hotel are wheelchair-accessible, just not wheelchair friendly.

FAQs

Can I book a room on my own or with my own travel agent?

The group requires that you book your hotel within our designated group contract only available with Have Ring, Will Travel.

There are several reasons why you should honor the group's wishes and book the hotel portion with the group:
Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment.
Groups are given priority room assignments, so if you book directly, you're likely getting a room that couldn't be sold to a group. It will be leftover inventory, probably in a undesirable location away from everyone else.
Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the hotel over sells, your group is protected but his reservation is not. You could be walked to another location (sent to another resort).

Guests who do not book within the group contract unfortunately:
  • Will not get the discounted group rates
  • Will not receive any pre-departure, trip support or post-trip support from Sara. She cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can she assist in the event of an emergency for bookings outside of the group.

Do I need a passport to travel?

Yes, all international travelers are required to have a passport. To learn more about the application process, please visit the U.S. Department of State website.

A Passport Book is required. Passport Cards are not valid for air travel. If you already have a passport, please check the expiration date. Additionally, the US State Department recommends that international travelers have 6 months of validity remaining on their passport after their return trip date.

Is travel insurance required?

While travel insurance is not required, it is strongly recommended, because you never know what life will throw at you. Vacations are a big investment, and losing it for any reason can be disappointing. Travel Insurance can help protect your investment, should anything happen before or during travel.

What about Airfare?

This room block is room-only, meaning we encourage you to book your own airfare for your trip. We further recommend that you book your room as early as possible to ensure you get the room category that you desire and then purchase your flights when they are released. We will send you an email closer to travel to collect your flight information so that we can suggest companies for your ground transfers (we can hold your hand and help you book your transfers or you're welcome to use your own company of choice) and include your flights on your itinerary.

The airport to fly into for this resort is CUR.

Our phone call business hours are mornings, with afternoons available via email only. If you need an appointment outside of these hours, please email with your availability and we can cross-reference our calendars. Please note, we do typically book a few weeks out for evening phone call availability.

The check-in time starts at 3 pm and the check-out time is at 12 pm. If you arrive early, your luggage will be stored for you while you enjoy the resort.

Sunscreen, bathing suits, and positive vibes! Don’t forget your specific attire for certain dress codes for dinner.

Is there a gym? What about excursions?

Yes, Sandals Royal Curacao has a gym. Sara will also be sending some links for excursions when we are closer to travel.

Can i drink the water? Is there bottled water available?

While the resort does filter the water, it is generally recommended to drink bottled water. Bottles of water are plentiful around the resort, in your room, and at bars. Restaurants served filtered, bottled water during meals and all food is prepared with filtered water, as well.

What about transfers?

Transfers are included with your booking! Please provide Sara with your flight confirmations at your earliest convenience so your vehicle can be arranged.

Terms & Conditions; Reservation Cancelation Policy:

$400 per room nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. All rooms must be booked by January 2, 2026. There will be no guaranteed availability for rooms after that date.

Final balance on your room cost is required by January 2, 2026.

In order to attend Julia & James’ wedding, your room MUST be booked through this room block with Have Ring, Will Travel, LLC. Any rooms booked outside of this block will need to be canceled and rebooked into the block (any cancelation penalties are the responsibility of the guest) so the resort knows you’re a wedding guest.

Any rooms not paid in full on January 3, 2026 will be released and no refund will be given for any prior monies paid. Any reservations requested after this date can be added, if rooms are available but there are no guarantees. Reservations submitted after this date are due in full at the time of booking.

Due to the custom event nature of this room block, all payments will be non-refundable. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.

The resort will not allow any modifications after January 2, 2026, including (but not limited to): Downgrading a room category, Decreasing the number of nights on your reservation, Removing a guest from your reservation. Name changes are not permitted within 60 days of scheduled room arrival.

$25 per person administrative fee for any changes after the initial deposit is paid and $100 administrative fee per cancelation after the initial deposit is paid.

Airfare is not released yet; when it is, you will be responsible for booking that separately and notifying Have Ring, Will Travel so your complimentary transfers can be arranged.

The travel protection offered as part of the room block is only available for residents of the US. All travelers will be provided a link in your proposal approval email for third-party insurance that we recommend.

The resort will not provide a travel or credit voucher if you arrive after your scheduled date, check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected on your reservation for any reason.

Have Ring, Will Travel is not an agent of the resort and has no control over the refund policies and other rules mandated by the Resort.

If you purchased a travel insurance policy and have to cancel you will be refunded by the travel insurance company according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the non-refundable premium paid to the travel insurance company. Once a reservation is booked there is a $100.00 per person cancelation fee with no regard to the reason for the cancelation. The cancelation fee applies to cancelations that result in a re-booking.

We are only able to advise US Passport holders on entry/exit travel requirements.

Valid Passport required. Your passport must be valid at least 6 months after travel dates.

No space is being held for this reservation until the invoice is approved and deposits are secured.

Third-Party Travel Insurance

**If you have any questions about the travel insurance please call Travel Insured at 1-800-243-3174. We (Have Ring, Will Travel) are not a licensed insurance company and cannot legally answer any insurance-related questions.**

Not purchasing travel protection could result in the loss of your travel money and/or require more money to correct the situation. Without protection, there is no way to recoup any costs, losses, or expenses incurred. The price of Travel Protection is NOT included in the price of room selections and is non-refundable once purchased.

Having travel protection is definitely important and we recommend it for everyone. However, the choice to have travel protection is solely up to you, and you are welcome to purchase through any company you like.

The website offers plans like the "Worldwide Trip Protector" plan with optional add-ons like CFAR (Cancel for Any Reason), Optional Bed Rest to cover any quarantine expenses, and more. Travel Insured is the company we personally use and we highly recommend them for travel insurance needs.

If you want the CFAR (Cancel for Any Reason) benefit you will have to add it to the policy and you must purchase insurance no later than 21 days after you make your initial payment. CFAR is not available to NY residents.

The basic plan which does not include CFAR can be purchased at any time, including more than 21 days after your first payment, but it will not cover the Pre-Existing Condition Exclusion Waiver or the Bankruptcy/Default of an airline, cruise line, tour operator or any other travel vendors. However, you can still cancel for a covered reason and potentially receive up to 100% in refunds as long as it's a covered reason.
