Dates, Package Deposit, & Payment Schedule
IT IS REQUIRED THAT YOU USE THE PROMO CODE TO BOOK YOUR ROOM. The promo code must be on any room reservation that will be attending the wedding. If the promo code is not on the reservation, you will not be permitted to attend any of the wedding events.
Reservation Dates
Our group rate is valid for May 24-31, 2027 but you only need to stay a minimum of 3 nights in that window. You cannot arrive before the 24th or leave after the 31st and still use the discounted room code. All room categories are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Trip Deposit & Payment Schedule
A credit card is all that is due to secure your stay in the room block. It will not charge your card at the time of booking but your card will be automatically charged for the full amount 30 days before your check-in date. Finest does not allow payment plans and requires payment in full at the 30-day mark.
February 1, 2027 is the deadline to book your room and pay for your reservation in full. You can make modifications to your reservation until March 25, 2027. Any modifications made after March 25th will automatically drop the promo code and you will be forced to pay full price and not be included in the wedding celebration due to not having the promo code attached to your reservation.
Since the resort is not located in the United States, the hotel is not required to comply with the U.S. Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The public areas and restaurants at the hotel are wheelchair-accessible, just not all wheelchair friendly.

There are several reasons why you should honor the group's wishes and book the hotel portion with the group:
Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment.
Groups are given priority room assignments, so if you book directly, you're likely getting a room that couldn't be sold to a group. It will be leftover inventory, probably in a undesirable location away from everyone else.
Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the hotel over sells, your group is protected but his reservation is not. You could be walked to another location (sent to another resort).
Guests who do not book within the group code unfortunately:
- Will not get the discounted group rates
- Will not be on the guest lists for the wedding events
- Will not receive any pre-departure, trip support or post-trip support from Sara. She cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can she assist in the event of an emergency for bookings outside of the group.
Do I need a passport to travel?
